OUR ACTIVITY
For 2001 year we have been leading professional snails' farming with Aelix Aspersa Maxima and Helix Aspersa Aspersa species.

THE REQUIREMENTS OF FARMING
Full cycle of farming lasts from February to September / October and consists with stages:

• reproduction in especially adapted rooms.
• the breeding of youth in tunnels on the especially well-chosen plants, with giving the additional mixture of dry fodder.
• proper fattening in "animal parks", which lasts since June till September / October.

Designated to sale snails' gathering is dependent on their maturity and size. Shell should to be hard, turned inside out and nicely educated. After period 7 days of drying the snail should not weigh less than 14g (the helix aspersa maxima).
